At STAYTEES T SHIRTS AND TRANSFERS, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order on https://stayteez.com/.

Custom Products – No Returns or Refunds

All DTF gang sheets, custom DTF transfers, custom printing, and custom T-shirt orders are made to order.
Because these items are customized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizes uploaded by the customer

  • Artwork errors provided by the customer

  • Color differences due to screen or monitor settings

  • Improper pressing or application by the customer

Eligible Issues for Replacement or Store Credit

We will review and resolve issues if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective

  • There is a printing error caused by us

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit (at our discretion)

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case by case.

Reporting an Issue

To report a problem, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

DTF Pressing Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press temperature

  • Incorrect pressure or press time

  • Skipping pre-press or second press

  • Improper peeling method

Please follow our DTF Pressing Instructions carefully before applying transfers.

Accessory & Supply Items

DTF accessories and supplies (including printer parts and 3D-printed items) may be eligible for return only if:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The return request is approved

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed or printed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
