All custom products are made to order based on customer-provided files and specifications.

Order Acceptance & Processing

All orders placed on stayteez.com are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Incorrect pricing or product information

  • Violation of these Terms of Service

Once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • Payment must be completed before production begins

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment details.

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Accuracy of uploaded artwork

  • Correct sizing and placement

  • Spelling and design approval

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the artwork

  • The content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property laws

STAYTEES T SHIRTS AND TRANSFERS is not liable for customer-provided errors.

Production & Color Disclaimer

  • Color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing processes

  • We do not guarantee exact color matching

  • Minor variations do not qualify for refunds or replacements

DTF Application Responsibility

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect heat press settings

  • Improper pressing technique

  • Failure to follow DTF pressing instructions

Customers are responsible for correct application of transfers.

Returns & Refunds

All custom products are final sale.
Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only considered if the error was caused by us.
